CREAMED POTATOES

Ingredients

  • Russet (baking) potatoes
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper, as desired

Directions

Fill a sauce pan with water and bring to a boil.

Wash and peel potatoes. Slice potatoes and put into boiling water.

Reduce heat to medium, and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Drain. Mash with a fork or an electric mixer on low speed. Add milk and butter while mashing until potatoes are fluffy. Add salt and pepper, as desired.
